Sizzix Slide Card
I made this card with my Big Shot Pro. I used Marianne Design dies for the Poinsettia flower and a Cuttlebug folder for the embossing. Merry Christmas to everyone.....Deborah.
Christmas Goodies
It's not too late to get in an entry(or 2 or 3) for this month's challenge. I have been making a few things here and there, but I especially love these little goodies that the kids and I made to share with their classmates on the last day of school for this year. The candy canes were hot glued together and then we cut gingerbread men and reindeer from the Cricut using Doodlecharms and Just Because Cards. Added some red noses and google eyes and some faux stitching to finish them. The stockings were cut with Doodlecharms. There are 2 glued together leaving an opening for a lollipop. Wouldn't these make perfect last minute stocking stuffers?

October Notebook Challenge
Hey there, it's Teri and I have my mini notebooks to show you! They actually went in a swap, so I hope my partner isn't looking here yet! They are quite simple, I figured she can use them to jot down little things her kids say and do, so she can even keep them in her purse, hence, the no ribbons/bling to get pulled off! Hope you like them!
Randi's October Challenge
For this challenge I chose to make a Haunted Mini note book album out of the Wild Card cartridge and my Cinch. I love mini albums and can't seem to get enough. Thanks for looking now it's your turn.

October's Challenge is Noted
Hi Dandi Crafters. It is my turn to host the challenge this month and serve up the blog candy. Since it is October I could be obvious and make it a Halloween challenge but I LOVE notebooks. The challenge this month to make a notebook. You can break out the Bind It All, or The Cinch, alter a composition book, make a post it notebook, make is mini or full size, square or shaped it doesn't matter, just make some sort of notebook. I will be giving away the following blog candy to the winner.
If you want more details on my post it notebook pop on over to DtsArt Blog. At the beginning of next month I will choose the winner using random.org. The winner will have 3 days to respond, if I get no responds in that time I will pick another winner. I can't wait to see all your notebooks.

FALLING FOR SEPTEMBERS CHALLENGE....
Hello! Hello! This is Carrie and I'm here to tell ya the September challenge! Why am I just getting around to announcing? Well, I've been a bit obsessed with the Cricut Imagine launch and have forgotten about the rest of the world! But now I'm back to reality (well sorta) and ready for a challenge!
Here we go! This challenge you're going to "fall" in love with! That's right, it's all about autumn! With all the leaves turning, it's given me the inspiration to work with all those purty (sorry that's the WV in me) colors. So break out your reds, purples, oranges, golds and greens and create something totally fall-some!
For your sweet tooth, there's a little blog candy! What is it? Well, that's going to be a secret! I know. I know. I'm cruel aren't I? (insert evil laugh here)
So, are you ready for this challenge? I can't wait to see what everyone whips up! And I'll totally "leaf" it up to you what kind of project you want to create!

Cindy"s Trifold Teepee Card
Hey everyone, I know I am late with this card for the challenge, but life got in the way. This is a TeePee card I made for the challenge and it folds flat to mail, and also stands like a teepee with a tiny piece of velcro to help hold it up. I made a fan folded rosette and put a rose in the middle that I died with alchol inks. This card was made with three 4"x4" squares but if you dare you can use three 12"x12" squares and make a centerpiece too. They are really easy. If you go to my blog you will find the directions that I will post later today..... Thanks for looking...

CARRIE'S CHALLENGE
Hello! This is Carrie from greenbeans crafterole! And I'm back to share what I came up with for this month's challenge! As you all should know by now, I'm not a cardmaker. So when I found out that not only was I to make a card. But to do one that opens in a non-conventional way. I did the 'ol double gulp!
So, I grabbed my gypsy and got creating! Using the Forever Young cartridge, I came up with the most delicate little shape card! Ended up topping it off with one of my new favs, some wrinkled ribbon! The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink's "Mega Mixed Messages" and was the perfect size for my little space! If you don't have this stamp set, you gotta get it asap!
Hope you enjoy! And keep your fingers crossed for me, that next's month challenge won't be another card! Hee hee!

Card and matching journal
Hi there. Becca today from LoveLifeCrafts. I decided to make a card today for a friend that is expecting. This may look like a typical A2 card, but take a closer look. It is a gate fold card and that decorative rectangle is also the opening. For a look at this card when it's open and the matching journal I made to go with it, check out my blog.

Linda's Taste of Summer challenge project
What a great challenge!! My take on it is that we were to create a card or project that opened in an unconventional manner. Well, I think this project, which is a Laura Denison design, fills the bill perfectly. I took Laura's pattern and made it all my own by changing several of the elements. This little picnic basket is actually a mini album! The lid of the picnic basket actually forms part of the mini album cover. I'll post one picture here and if you want to see more, you can visit my blog at: http://www.lilgreenbugville.blogspot.com/
Hugs!
Edited to add: I guess I should have mentioned that the basket itself is part of the project. It is made of woven paper and chipboard.

Ribbon Spool Treat Holder
Hi Dandi Crafters. What a Wonderful challenge Teri has come up with! I was ready to do something besides a card and Teri gave me the perfect opportunity! I made a treat holder using ribbon spools and a plastic report cover. I decorated the treat holder with K&Company All in One Pad Kaz-Zoo. I used my Cricut with Cricut Cartridges Create A Critter and Storybook to decorate it. I finished decorating it using a Martha Stewart punch. It was a pretty easy project to make and has all kinds of WOW factor, considering the parts before they were combined could have just as easily ended up in the trash...LOL Pop on over to my DtsArt Blog if you would like more details on this project.

CARRIE'S FLOWER AND BLING PROJECT
Hi everyone! Well, this is what I came up with for this months challenge. Wow! Another toughie for me. Flowers and bling. Two things I'm not really know for! LOL. Finally used my Freshly Picked cart for this one. I just so loved this gate image and it had flowers on it! How perfect! But, there's a twist to 'em. Those flowers are really earrings! Used the ribbon and flame method for 'em. Then added the pearl for the bling! So, if you want to know how to do 'em. Head on over to my blog for more info! Hope you like!

Linda's Flowers and Bling Project
Hi, everyone!
Here is my "flowers and bling" project for July. I just couldn't get a good picture of this card, for some reason! The ribbon color looks all off in the picture and the colors just don't look right. Sorry about that. The floral focal image is from Sweethearts and the sentiment is from Gypsy Wanderings. The focal was cut at 4", including its layers, and the sentiment was cut at just under 4" using the Gypsy. Cardstock is Core'dinations, whitewash. The card is embellished with pearls and swarovski crystals applied using my new I-Rock tool.

Lynne's Project for July
Hi all!! This month I was asked to pick the theme! So I love flowers and love all things shiny! So why not put them together--Flowers and Bling!
I decided to create an altered comp book! I used DCWV paper, some flowers (which they have glitter mist sprayed on them but the camera isn't picking it up) and some metal heart embellishments with a few purple rhinestones!
Thanks for looking!! Hope you can play along with us! There is still time left!!
Check out my personal blog at http://www.scrapthiscraftthat.blogspot.com for a little more information on this project!

Randi's "Flowers & Bling"
I love summer! I have plenty of time to craft as well as play with my kids. This month the SSPT challenge was flowers and bling. I saw this Bobunny paper at the store and knew what I was making. The flowers were made from the Sizzix 3-d flower die. I used perals, and alot of the glimmer mist I got at the Great American Scrapbook Convention in June. I also used my new Cinch. It is so much easier to use than my blue BIA. I am glad I switched. Randi @ http://craftycricutcreations.blogspot.com/

Flowers and Bling!!
Here is my project for the July challenge, I love flowers and bling!! I found this unfinished wood piece in my stash, it's the cutest, little "dresser" box, it opens up with a little mirror inside! I used K & Co. papers, lace, buttons, prima flowers and some little doodads I have! I painted it with wall paint, then sanded it down, added little ball feet and covered it with the paper!! I also used some rub ons for the drawer front and the top!! Hope you like it!

This months challenge of using flowers and bling came as a real challenge to me. Bling and glitter are not a problem in my book, but I have a hard time using flowers. Don't get me wrong, I love them. I have tons of them. But when I am scrapping I usually have pics of both my daughter and my son, and I just can't bring myself to use flowers on a page with a boy on it. And then when I make cards, I just forget they are there. So here it is. For more details please visit me at LoveLifeCrafts.
Create A Critter Glitter Flower Card
Hi Dandi Crafters! Isn't this months challenge of Flower Power and Bling just BRILLIANT!! I mean who doesn't love flowers and who doesn't need more bling in their life! Well after a bit of thinking I came up with this little 4x4 card. The flower is from Cricut Create A Critter Cartridge, embellished with glitter, of course. The funky, black and white check card really brings out the whimsy of this card that you can't help but smile. The yellow polka dot paper is from the American Girl Super Paper Pad. Pop on over to dtsartblog.com if would like more details! Check back here at Sugar Sweet Paper Treats to see everyone's amazing take on this theme!

CARRIE'S "STICHED" CHALLENGE
Howdy everyone! Can I just say how super excited I am to be a part of the design team! And I was so looking forward to doing my first challenge. Well, that was until I found out the theme, "stitched". Umm, don't they know that I don't sew? Hee hee.
So, with a purchase I've been eyeing up for a while (the Janome Sew Mini), I was able to whip up something for this challenge. Using some scrap fabric, kraft cardstock (my new fav) and a Stampin' Up sentiment, I did up this little number. Hope you like!
